What can I expect during this training?

• this will help you tap into the power of visualization, a technique that is known to bring powerful significant results to (for ex) professional athletes who see themselves winning a race/setting a record BEFORE they actually do it. You can apply exactly the same approach to "win" at whatever it is you might be focusing on in your life, a project, a goal, an outcome, a transformation/transition.... 

• the key is to activate BOTH sides of your brain: your rational/planning/thinking (left) side, and your creative/imaginative/free-wheeling (right) side. Imagining what it would feel to BE wherever it is you want to be: what are you doing/wearing/earning? where are you living & with whom? who are you collaborating/working with? how much are you making? what are you eating and where and with whom? wearing what kind of clothes? etc... all this imagining/visioning engages the right side of your brain.

• Then, to engage the rational/logical/thinking left side of your brain, you need to implement small but concrete actions that progress towards the goal that you've imagined/visualized. It's the combination of those 2 elements - the left and right brain - that creates a powerful push towards the realization of what you want to achieve.
